Enervee Online Store allows you to sell efficient products to your customers with Energy Saving Instant Rebates applied at the time of purchase across multiple product categories.
Consumers can review products and offers from all major retailers, in addition to any available instant rebate products, on a singe site. Incentives include low income, demand response, downstream and instant rebates.
Challenge
To address this challenge, our team developed a comprehensive journey map that visually illustrated the benefits of Enervee's products at each stage of the customer journey. We used bold imagery and illustrations to make the map engaging and easy to understand for potential investors.
Through our design, we were able to effectively communicate the value of Enervee's products and how they can seamlessly fit into a customer's buying journey. The journey map not only provided clarity for investors but also helped Enervee's internal teams better understand their customer's needs and improve their overall marketing strategy.
Solution
Enervee came to us with a challenge: they needed a way to effectively communicate the value and benefits of their energy-efficient products to potential investors, but were struggling to do so in a clear and compelling way. As a relatively new company in a competitive market, they needed to differentiate themselves and show investors how their products fit into the larger picture of a sustainable, energy-efficient future.
In addition, Enervee's product offerings were complex and varied, with multiple product lines and features that needed to be effectively communicated to different audiences. They needed a way to simplify and streamline their messaging, while still providing the necessary details to showcase their expertise and credibility.
